Nose - An earthy nose, cherry maraschino and some spice

Palate - A palate of velvety dark fruits and soft savory tannin and well-balanced acidity

Food match - This wine pairs well with a wide range of foods. It is ideal with salmon and other fatty fish, roasted chicken, pasta dishes and especially compliments duck.
