Our cuvée is a truly special expression of the Zuccaro family’s small batch, manually intensive yet minimal interventional approach to wine making.

70% Chardonnay 30% Pinot Noir

Nose: 

Complex fruit aromas of green apple, lemon curd and ripe peach.

Palate: 

Fresh, tangy, spicy acidity complemented by nutty creamy characters, brioche and a hint of brine. 

Food pairing: 

Smoked salmon blinis with crème fraiche, oysters or triple cream brie.
